We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.50% payment is required when booking your appointment. If you need to cancel, cancellation/rescheduling of the appointment is free within 72 hours. Cancellation cancellation/rescheduling of the appointment is also free when the appointment slot is booked by another client.

Cancellation charges are:

• 100% on all treatments up to £50 in value
• 50% for all treatments up to £120 in value
• 50% for all treatments over £120 in value to a maximum of £100. For example, if the treatment value is £160, cancellation charge is £80. If the treatment value is £350, cancellation charge is £100.
• For duration of the thread of Covid19, health and safety and infection control measures are being taken. We would kindly ask you to not be too early or late for your appointment, to minimise waiting times. We would also kindly ask you not to bring children into the clinic.

Please, only bring a chaperone with you, if they come from the same household.
